The Shinedown front man turns 38 today!!!!! I’m a sucker for that voice ❤

Song of the Week: “No One”
I fell in love with this song the instant I heard it. It’s beautiful in its original state, but the acoustic version…Oh, my God ❤
Cold — “No One,” from the album 13 Ways to Bleed On Stage (2000).
Song of the Week: “It’s Not You”
Halestorm — “It’s Not You,” from their self-titled album (2009).
Throwback Thursday: “Don’t Come Around Here No More”
Tom Petty was my first rock star crush. My parents took me to see him twice when I was eight-years-old. This is not my favorite song by him, though it is one of them. However, I really adore this video. 🙂
Song of the Week: “Cyanide”
Deathstars — “Cyanide,” from the album Termination Bliss (2006).
Halloween Week: Day Seven
So now it’s November, but our Halloween party is tonight, which means it still counts as Halloween week. Lol.
Avenged Sevenfold — “A Little Piece of Heaven,” from the self-titled album (2007).
Song of the Week: “Dead Man’s Parade”
❤
Lynam — “Dead Man’s Parade,” from the EP Halfway to Hell (2013).
Song of the Week: “Cold”
I will never stop loving this song or this band ❤
Lynam — “Cold,” from the album Halfway to Hell (2013).
Song of the Week: “Dirty Diana”
These guys were in town last night and I had to miss it because of work. I was so disappointed! Maybe next time…
Shaman’s Harvest — “Dirty Diana,” from the album Smokin’ Hearts & Broken Guns (2014).
Song of the Week: “Dangerous”
I heard this song on Sirius Octane and missed the artist when (if) they told it, so I was really surprised at the Tremonti/Black Stone Cherry show to hear the opening act playing something I knew. Lol. These guys are really, really good. Heavy with just the right amount of random bluesy guitar, they are definitely a band you should check out!
