“Happy Song” has been my anthem recently, so I figured I’d give a nod to BMTH and the record that features that track, That’s the Spirit.

Bring Me the Horizon — “Liquor & Love Lost,” from the album Count Your Blessings (2006).
I’m kicking off this week’s list with a couple of Instagram discoveries.
1. Cody Katastrophic
A singer/songwriter as well as a guitarist. He has a few covers posted, but this is what captured my attention.
2. Monowhales
An indie band from Toronto. I stumbled across them after their guitarist Zach followed me 🙂 This is their most recent single.

3. Almost Kings
If you’ve been paying attention, you already know about my love of this Atlanta-based rap/rock band. And if you haven’t listened to them yet, what are you doing with your life?! Lol.

4. Matt Gothic (Metal Matt)
A solo artist from Bristol, UK. He recently uploaded some videos of himself playing with a full band, so you should definitely check out my favorite, “You Know That I’m Here.”

5. Tori Lamour
A female-fronted rock band from the UK, Tori Lamour meets all your music needs. Seriously. Listen. Do it now.
The Relentless — “Cadence of My Heart,” from the American Satan soundtrack (2017).
Sometimes I fan-girl, okay? 😉
Ben Bruce is the lead guitarist for Asking Alexandria. He also plays Leo Donovan in American Satan (sorry, I am obsessed with that movie). And he happens to be adorable… sexy… whatever…

Still not convinced? Visit his Instagram. His hashtags are the best; I live for them. 😍❤
This fits with my album of the week…
I am currently listening to “Bitches Brew” by Crosses (side project of Deftones’ Chino Moreno), featured on the American Satan soundtrack. I love this song! If you haven’t heard it, enjoy!
The American Satan soundtrack is so ridiculously good! Seriously, I need The Relentless to actually tour. Lol. I would go see them in a heartbeat!

This is one of my favorites from the record, and I was so happy they did it when I saw them in Birmingham ❤
Asking Alexandria — “Under Denver,” from the self-titled album (2017).
Asking Alexandria — “Where Did It Go?” from the self-titled album (2017).
Asking Alexandria — “Alone in a Room,” from the self-titled album (2017).
