Dark Light is not my favorite HIM record, but I do like “Vampire Heart,” “Wings of a Butterfly,” “Killing Loneliness,” and “The Face of God.”

Album of the Week: HIM’s Love Metal
I first heard HIM when I was a sophomore in high school. I bought Razorblade Romance, with no regrets, and the instant their other works became available in the U.S., they were added to my collection.
Of their major albums, Love Metal was the last one I got and I adore it!

This is my favorite album from A Perfect Circle, though Thirteenth Step is a close second.

Every time I see this album cover, I think of the video for “All That I’ve Got.” My mom loved that video. Lol.

Magical Mystery Tour is my second favorite album from The Beatles.
Album of the Week: Shinedown’s The Sound of Madness
I really do adore this album. It’s totally amazing. Shinedown is one of the only bands whose ballads I love, and my favorites from The Sound of Madness are “Second Chance,” “If You Only Knew,” and “The Crow and the Butterfly.”
