Halloween Week: Day One
You can’t do Halloween without Type O Negative. At least not in my world 🙂
Song of the Week: “Wildest Dreams”
I’m not a huge Taylor Swift fan, but this song describes my current situation almost perfectly.
Taylor Swift — “Wildest Dreams,” from the album 1989 (released in 2014).
Song of the Week: “Stay With Me”
I love this band! If you aren’t familiar with them, you should go find more of their stuff. 🙂

Another personal blog…
So as you can tell, I’ve been spending time with my BFF (as always) and relaxing with my cat. The bestie, her husband, and I went out exploring on my last off day; that’s where the pictures from Brushy Lake and Pine Torch Church came from.
Other than that I’ve just been working and waiting on a friend to get back from his exile to another state. He moved for a job. Insert sad face here…
Oh! And of course I’m counting the days to new music from Almost Kings and Lynam. 🙂
Song of the Week: “Sick Like Me”
In This Moment — “Sick Like Me,” from the album Black Widow (2014).
Song of the Week: “Attack”
30 Seconds to Mars — “Attack,” from the album A Beautiful Lie (2005).
Song of the Week: “Lip Gloss & Black”
“After all these images of pain have cut right through you,
I will kiss every scar and weep ‘you are not alone.’
Then I’ll show you that place in my chest where my heart still tries to beat…”
Favorite lyrics ❤
Atreyu — “Lip Gloss & Black,” from the album Suicide Notes and Butterfly Kisses (2002).
This Could Be My New Favorite Cover–Disturbed’s “The Sound of Silence”
I had chills the entire time I was listening to this. SO beautiful ❤
