Album of the Week: Asking Alexandria’s self-titled

After a kick-ass concert last night that consisted of Blessthefall, Black Veil Brides, and Asking Alexandria, is it really a surprise that I would feature this album? Asking Alexandria’s self-titled record is heavily melodic from start to finish. My favorite tracks are “When the Lights Come On,” “Hopelessly Hopeful,” and “Under Denver.”

New Music: Ghost

I missed this being premiered on Sirius XM Octane yesterday, but I heard it this morning (while waiting on another new Tremonti single).

Ghost has a new record, entitled Prequelle, coming out on June 1st of this year. Listen to the first single — “Rats” — and tell me what you think!
